Terms and Conditions
The Posters We Love online gallery offers original vintage posters in good condition, often carefully restored. Prices are expressed in Swiss francs (CHF). For items exceeding CHF 1000, a price range is indicated.
Orders
Offers remain valid for eight days. Customers order by email, providing their personal information (name, full postal address). Shipping costs are added to the poster price, and any customs duties are the buyer's responsibility.
Payment
Payment is made in advance, within eight days of receiving the invoice. Accepted methods are:
- PayPal
- Bank transfer (IBAN/BIC)
- Visa card
- Bank checks (France only)
Shipping
Orders are shipped within five business days of receiving payment, via Swiss Post or FedEx depending on the destination. Posters are carefully packaged in tubes or suitable flat packaging.
In case of invalid address or delivery refusal, all generated costs are charged to the customer.
Claims and Returns
Any problem must be reported within three days of receipt. Returns are made in the original packaging for a credit equal to the purchase amount, minus shipping costs.
If the actual condition of the poster did not match the description provided, the gallery assumes all return costs.
Jurisdiction
In case of dispute, the courts of Geneva, Switzerland, have sole jurisdiction.
